Studio Loft
A vaulted, open-plan studio with hardwood floors, forest views, and natural light from all sides. Purpose-built for experiential work — somatic practice, breathwork, movement exercises, and circle formats that need real floor space. The best coaching room on 40 acres of forest.
The Farmhouse
Original farmhouse with long harvest table, a full kitchen, and a residential atmosphere that puts clients at ease. Run the closing circle here, share a Manna-catered meal, or use it as the morning anchor for a two-space program. The warmest room on the property.
How Coaches Use It
One-on-one or small-group intensive days with existing clients. A forest property, a real room, a full day. Combine indoor sessions with trail walks between blocks — the forest is part of the program.
Quarterly or annual gatherings for mastermind groups of 6–16 people. The Farmhouse long table keeps everyone facing each other. Breakout space in the Studio Loft. Fire pit for the evening session.
Leadership development days for corporate clients who want something more deliberate than a hotel meeting room. The forest setting does something a conference table never will — people arrive already a little different.

Day-long sessions for program cohorts. The Farmhouse seats 25 comfortably for round-table discussions; the Studio Loft holds 20 for experiential formats. Run both spaces simultaneously for split programming.
Public or private workshops with a retreat arc — morning session, forest walk at midday, afternoon integration. Manna catering handles the food so you handle the program.
The Land
Many coaches structure their days with trail walks between blocks — not as filler, but as part of the process. Carolinian forest, a meadow, seasonal ponds. Participants come back from a 20-minute walk different than when they left. No program materials required. The land does the work.
The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire. Multi-Day Programs
Mastermind retreats and VIP intensives that run across two days work especially well with an overnight stay. Participants settle in, the evening session around the fire is often the best of the whole program, and the morning is slow and deliberate before the drive home. Overnight stays are separate from retreat attendance and capped at 2 guests per booked space.

Yes — independent coaches, therapists, retreat leaders, and facilitators book regularly. You don't need to be affiliated with any organization. The space is available to anyone running a professional program.
The Studio Loft holds up to 20 in open circle format and is ideal for experiential group work. The Farmhouse adds a second gathering space for meals and closing circles. Groups of 5–15 are the sweet spot for deep coaching work.
Yes — recurring bookings are common for coaches running quarterly or monthly programs. Contact us directly to discuss a standing date. Availability is first-come; recurring dates are held with a deposit.
Private use of the booked space, full-day access, free on-site parking, deck access, fire pit, and walking trails. Catering is a separate add-on — Manna food is quoted by request, or bring your own food.
Yes. The two forest cabins, Farmhouse, and Studio Loft can be added when available. Standard nightly rates apply. Ask when you inquire.
