The Venue
Forty private acres of Carolinian forest, ten minutes from London. Book it by the half-morning, half-day, or full day. Bring your group for a workshop, a bridal shower, a birthday reunion — anything that deserves a proper setting instead of a generic event space. No catering minimums, no overnight commitment required.

The Farmhouse
Original 1960s farmhouse with a long harvest table, exposed beams, and a full working kitchen. The right room for a seated celebration — showers, milestone birthdays, family reunions. Outdoor deck and garden for photos. Up to 25 guests.
Studio Loft
1,120 sq ft of open floor with vaulted ceilings and forest views. Good for celebrations with activities — florals, painting, movement, workshops, or anything that needs room to spread out. Pairs naturally with the Farmhouse for larger groups or two-space events.

The Food
Manna by Fernwood Hills — in-house food prepared in a simple, thoughtful way that fits the scale and feel of your day. Seasonal menus, family-style or buffet service. No fixed price list — menus and pricing are worked out as part of your booking. We can accommodate vegetarian and some other dietary preferences; just mention it when you inquire.
